We forget how fleeting life can be. We take it all so seriously marching about like little ants trying to keep it all together. Then something happens and it wakes us up. It could be watching a video like the story of Claire and getting the message, a friends death, loss of a parent, pet or any loss for that matter. And we  finally get it. All the stuff means so little and time seems to stop.   We are shook to the core and truly depressed. God willing the grieving helps restore us and we are different people from that moment on. Hopefully better people.

Becoming more whole means letting the light sine within us again. We have to constantly begin anew. Sometimes at the darkest moment comes great light and wisdom. As the rain washes away the clouds the sun shines bright. We are wiser than once ever thought. We worry not about petty people or having one more thing. We celebrate what we have. Our heart opens and we laugh a hearty belly laugh...the real kind. 

Think now about how to make light in your life. Use that precious energy while you have it. Be honest about what you really want. Got family? Love family? Show them some ideas of how we can celebrate one or all of you and...make light of life....
